Venture Air's Travel Guidelines


Venture Air wants your experience to be as pleasurable as possible, so you can relax and enjoy the ride. So here are our guidelines to ensure all goes well.


  Please call ahead to find out your useful load for your flight as we are very STRICT on our weights and       WILL NOT EXCEED THESE LOADS FOR ANY REASON for the safety of our clients and staff.

  •  Please check in a minimum of 30 minutes prior to departure and must be ready    to depart on time.

  

  •  30 minutes is the allotted time to load and unload at both ends, unless a request for extra time has been requested at time of booking. Bookings are made in a first come first serve basis.


  •  Travel purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Changes and cancellations may only be made 5 days prior to the scheduled departure time and, if cancelled within 24hrs of flight 50% of flight will be invoiced. As well as a 25% cancelation fee will be charged if a flight is cancelled.

  • We reserve the right to substitute airplanes if needed.

  • Venture Air cannot be held responsible for delays because of weather, and for your safety and the safety of our staff we have certain weather minimums we must abide by.

  •  All dangerous goods MUST be labelled and have appropriate paperwork.

  • Venture Air no longer use standard weights for passengers, due to the variations of passengers weights.
